Gave a dollar store frame a couple of coats of Rust-oleum Satin Aqua, stapled some extra chicken wire left over from a backyard project, cut the extra wire with wire cutters and here she is:

You can also use this to clip notes and your favorite pictures. Spray paint small clothes pins or small clips to match the chicken wire and they blend in seamlessly.
