Caterpillar Headband & Linky Here

I apologize for being a little MIA these past few days.  Getting back into the school / work routine after the Christmas break is tough.  I still need to grocery shop, clean house and de-clutter!

My daughter has been bugging me to make some more button heads like the Christmas tree and Santa headband but just haven't had a chance.  So this afternoon I sat down and made another!

I followed the same method I used before but this one was a little trickier because of the pattern but I made it work.

Laid out the design, hot glued it and trimmed around it.

Because the design is thinner I decided to turn it over and add some more hot glue to 'stiffen' it.  Worked like a charm!

I add felt strips for the antennas and then used the same method here to attach a headband.

On another note I was over at Nest of Posies today and she had posted a link to a new site Linky Here.  It is a brand new blog that is dedicated to listing links to linky parties, giveaways or special promos.  I know that a lot of my followers are baby blogs like me and finding as many link parties as you can is crucial to getting your blog out there!  Not to mention, what a brilliant idea for a blog!
